Italy is a nation renowned for its classical romanticism, lovely historical destinations, wonderful cuisine and the boisterous, lively and at time rowdy nature of its professional football league. The Italian Serie A, which is also officially known as the Lega Calcio Serie, is the country's professional football league and is considered in the highest level of the nation's football league system.

The Serie A is universally regarded as one of the best, and most exciting football leagues in the planet. The Italian pro football league has also been renowned to produce the largest number of European Cup finalists, wherein twenty-five Serie A clubs have reached the finals of the competition, winning the title eleven times.

The Planet's Famous Football Clubs

The Italian Seria A League is home to some of the planet's famous football clubs. Among them are AC Milan, Juventus, Inter Milan, Roma, Turin, Parma, Bologna, Fiorentina, Genoa, Lazio, and others.

How Italian Teams Rate In European Pro Football

Italy is regularly rated as among the most flamboyant football nations in the continent, as well as being among the top-three European countries in terms of club football ratings. The Serie A league has top four teams who generally qualify for the UEFA Champion's League. The league's top two teams directly qualify to the group phase, while the third and fourth placed clubs qualify at the third round of the competition, and also need to win a two-legged knockout tie so that they could enter the group phase.

The Triumphs and Tragedy of Italian Football

As football is considered to be the most popular sport in the nation, the country has been renowned for producing some of the world's biggest and brightest marquee players. However, the Serie A league also has its share of pitfalls and scandals. In1948-49, tragedy struck the league when a plane crash claimed the lives of the whole Torino football team.

In addition, recent match-fixing scandals during the 2005/2006 season were revealed, resulting in the investigation, arrest and trial of several Series A teams and personnels. Despite the setbacks, the Serie A continues to thrive as one of the world's best professional football leagues, and continues to maintain its fair share of die-hard fans not only in Europe, but around the world as well. Fans can keep their eyes glued to the leagues action, on cable television or on a number of Web-based live football sites that offer game reviews, football highlights and live streaming video.

#17359.SC Whether you're at Wembley or anywhere in the world, look great as you cheer on England

Disappointment, disbelief and great personal loss the summary of my emotions, of the day that was Saturday the 1st of July 2006, the day Brazil was knocked out of the greatest show on earth and a tragedy that would change my life significantly. There are some things in life that we least expect, yet they surprise us by happening. Brazil, the best team, favorites and defending champions, were knocked out by their old nemesis and 1998 World Cup Champions France. Happened in 1986, 1998 and 2006, Platini in 1986 and later Zidane in 1998 and again in 2006.

Zidane will always be remembered for his 1998 World Cup Final against Brazil and even more so for his head butt against Italy in 2006. The Brazilian's will always resent "Zizou" for showing Brazil the door and the French supporters will rue his headbutt. A single player had the ability to keep the best team at bay, not once but twice. Everybody thought he was finished but he showed his critics, "Form is temporary, class is permanent!" Unfortunately for Zidane he got too big for his head. One of the greatest comebacks in football was marred by one act of rage.

A day of great loss to my family and me, the unbelievable was happening around us. England had been knocked out, yet again not with their stars not playing close to their potential or for that matter the worth of the salaries they get in the Premier League. Brazil and France were very evenly matched; I had a feeling one mistake or one act of brilliance could be the result of the match. Still in shock as life for my family and me would never be the same, I was driving listening to the commentary on the radio and heard Henry had scored for France. There was already enough disbelief on my mind but my hands went up in disappointment as I knew that that was the end of the road for Brazil.

End of the road, ironic is the only way that my emotions could be described as it was also the end of the road for a Brazilian fan in shock of their loss to France and the end of an era for my family. Though being worried about football was the last thing that made sense at such trying times, I suppose it served as a way to express the shock and disappointment.

The end of an era signals the beginning of a new one and the rise of Italy from the football match fixing scandal in 1982 and now in 2006 where clubs like Juventus and Lazio were relegated as a punishment to the second division to win the World Cup after their triumph in 1982 and utter disappointment in the missed penalty of Baggio in the 1994, Totti in 2006 heralded a new era for the Italians showing great tenacity in the face of adversity.

In this day and age, the NFL is cracking down on celebrations like never before. Whether you love them or hate them, players celebrating is just a part of the game and has always been that way. Sure, we all love the classy Barry-Sanders-toss-the-ball-to-the-ref sort of thing, but sometimes watching a good ol' Terrell Owens or Chad Johnson doing their crazy antics is great entertainment and can make football enjoyable to watch.

With the NFL's greedy tentacles stretching every crevice of American society to suck in more and more casual fans, you'd think the NFL would want to enhance entertainment value, rather than reduce it. But alas, refs are now inclined to throw flags for virtually any celebration, especially one done with teammates. Just the other day T.O. was flagged for doing a celebration where he pretended to start a race in the Olympics, no doubt imitating popular track star Usain Bolt. He was subsequently fined 15 yards for "unsportsmanlike conduct". I ask you, what is so "unsportsmanlike" about that? It's not like he's taunting the other team, which he did (ironically against Dallas when he was with San Francisco) by standing on the Dallas star at midfield and spreading his arms wide.

In my opinion, that is the stuff that needs to get flagged, not the celebrations that are made for humor and to get people excited. I tell you this, back when Chad Johnson was pulling all sorts of things out of his bag of tricks, people honestly looked forward to watching Bengals games just to see what he would do next. It's things like that which make the game fun for everyone, including those who aren't as die hard of fans as the rest of us.

Often when cities have to cut budgets they cut things like their plans to build new ball fields, parks and soccer fields. The city managers and city council will say we have to cut costs and we just cannot afford it right now. Well, at least one Think Tank believes this is completely short sided. Why, because if you cut things like sports parks for kids then you increase the city's budget elsewhere.

For instance, building soccer fields is never a drain on the community, and if you decide not to build soccer fields, then you can always use those dollars to hire more graffiti removal companies on contract for the city, more gang units, more rehabs, more police, more juvenile probation officers, more...... ah, heck I could go on all day. But suffice it to say, that parents who say it is important to build these soccer fields to grow good kids into solid citizens are indeed correct in every regard.

Soccer is a sport everyone can play, it builds character, team work, hard work ethic, self-esteem and its fun. I played for seven years myself, never did I involve myself with drugs, gangs, ditching school or any of that, neither did my friends.

Thus, I think every parent, council person and anyone looking at this issue and trying to decide where to cut the city budgets needs to consider this carefully. Soccer is very good thing, the more soccer teams and fields the better, that goes for today and tomorrow when those kids grow up and have kids of their own.

The Best of FIFA Fever: Greatest Moments in FIFA World Cup History

They even make the ATM readily available so that, once you lose all the money you went there with, you can dig into your personal accounts until you find yourself drunk, broke and in big trouble with your significant other. That's the glory of the casino. However, there is a way to stay in the good graces of your loved ones while still enjoying the casino and that's with the mobile casino.

Download Your Favorite Games Right To Your Mobile Device

You may be wondering what exactly is a mobile casino. A mobile casino is what you get when you download casino games straight to your mobile device. These mobile casino games usually don't cost very much, usually around five dollars, but they're there when you need to get away to the casino, without digging into your bank account.

With the mobile casino, you play as much as you want and the money you lose is play money, it's electronic, it's not your house down payment or your kids' college money. You can play whenever and wherever you want and you'll never lose a dime.

It may not be exactly like a real casino. After all, you don't have the same atmosphere, there's no free alcohol and you don't feel the pressure you feel when the dealer's staring you down, waiting on your next play. However, these things can be there, you just have to imagine them.

If you think about it, the mobile casino is better than the actual casino. Sure, you won't win big with a mobile casino, but the odds of you doing so at a real casino are slim to none. Besides that, you're not tempted by the lights and the noise and the booze and you're not losing your shirt. You can play all you want to pass the time or to get your casino fix and you'll actually feel good afterward instead of this huge feeling of regret.

So, download your mobile casino today and lay your hand down. Bet big if you want to, you'll never have to explain to your kids how they'll have to work three jobs to pay for college because you just knew that your full house was the winning hand and you laid it all down. You won't have to mention that you cried when the guy next to you laid down a royal flush. With your mobile casino, you can just shrug it off and start again.

While we were busy this past summer, a startling development in rc aircraft radio has quietly crept into view!

This rc radio control transmitter came on the scene under the name of the Spectrum DX-6 and is offered by Horizon Hobbies. Somewhat resembling a conventional rc radio in switches and levers, it is anything but an ordinary rc aircraft radio transmitter in function! The most unusual aspect is that it operates on the extremely high frequency range of 2.4 Gigahertz as compared with the more common 72 Megahertz radios which we all have been using for many years.

"So what", you might say. Well, gigahertz frequencies are well above the megahertz band where ordinary tv, radio, cell phones and garage door openers and most communication devices are found. Furthermore, the Spectrum radio employs a technique of locking on a discrete frequency between itself and it's receiver (located in the airplane) and once locked in, there is literally a greater than million-to-one chance of another spectrum radio control transmitter locking onto exactly the same frequency.

With our 72 megahertz radios, operating on about 40 discrete channels, there is a very good chance that someone else at the field could interfere with control of your rc aircraft if his or her radio is also turned on. The disastrous consequences of loss of control will at very least cause the plane to crash, thus posing a very real danger to people and property in the flight path.

Another nice benefit is that the receiver for the Spectrum is very light and small and has two very short wire antennas which can easily be concealed within the plane's fuselage for enhanced scale effect. Since the radios are highly unlikely to interfere with each other, it appears that soon there will be little need for the careful frequency controls we have been using up to now.

One new requirement has appeared with these new radios and that is the need for an additional, duplicate receiver in some models with massive engines or structure which might serve to interfere with the reception of radio signals under certain conditions of distance and positioning.

It appears that we are about to enjoy a massive leap forward in radio technology with the advent of the usage of the gigahertz radio band.

One of the main reasons why some guys seem to pull so many women where others fail is all to do with status. Women are inherently attracted to status as is it so important to them that there potential mate is important in society. Status can come in many shapes and forms, whether it be in money or friends of intelligence but in order to get success you first Must have status.

One of the ways to get around not being the most attractive men around is to be confident with yourself. Women can smell a confident man for miles and it is a real turn on for a women if they know there man is assured. Don't be disheartened if you don't think this is readily achievable, many men find being confident in front of a beautiful women impossible. Even the most attractive men around are not that confident underneath.

As important as it is to be confident if you look like you are not going to take control if the situation then that is automatic grounds for dismissal in the dating books of women. Unless that is if you find the dominant type of women to your liking. I guess there is that fantasy in all us.

You may be thinking this is all well and good but its all to vague where are all the examples that are realistically going to help me?

Fair enough I say because that's all your really looking for. So what you know now is that in order to be successful in the dating game it is essential that you are perceived to be confident and have status?

Absolutely right, and the best way to come across as being confident is to get rid of all those fears that we all have that are holding us back.

You know the fear of rejection? And the fear that you may not actually be very good at dating anyway. We all have them but they do not actually help us in anyway. How frustrating to have all these fears and not no hoe to get rid of them. If only you could get rid of these fears to find the dating success that your essentially looking for. No this isn't a gimmicky sales letter I hate those things. I'm genuinely interested in why we all have these fears yet only a very select few manage to overcome them and with regards to the dating game win the heart of the one we love and live happily ever after? I guess the story finishes like that.

So back to examples of confidence it is really quite simple, it could be something as easy as when you enter a bar on a date go straight to the barmen and ask for two drinks. This means that you already have control of the situation, the women feels that you know how to take care of her. There are so many other examples of how to show a women that you are the man to be with. Again it comes down to not coming across as if you are in anyway scared of the situation or consequence. Remember you have to fail a few times in order to really succeed so the consequence of the date should not really matter to you.

In essence the dating game and finding the right women for you, or just having fun with the opposite sex is really down to how you approach the situation. Eliminate those fears of rejection and find a way you can come across as having status and you will defiantly increase your chances of pulling that women in the bar.
