Often when cities have to cut budgets they cut things like their plans to build new ball fields, parks and soccer fields. The city managers and city council will say we have to cut costs and we just cannot afford it right now. Well, at least one Think Tank believes this is completely short sided. Why, because if you cut things like sports parks for kids then you increase the city's budget elsewhere.

For instance, building soccer fields is never a drain on the community, and if you decide not to build soccer fields, then you can always use those dollars to hire more graffiti removal companies on contract for the city, more gang units, more rehabs, more police, more juvenile probation officers, more...... ah, heck I could go on all day. But suffice it to say, that parents who say it is important to build these soccer fields to grow good kids into solid citizens are indeed correct in every regard.

Soccer is a sport everyone can play, it builds character, team work, hard work ethic, self-esteem and its fun. I played for seven years myself, never did I involve myself with drugs, gangs, ditching school or any of that, neither did my friends.

Thus, I think every parent, council person and anyone looking at this issue and trying to decide where to cut the city budgets needs to consider this carefully. Soccer is very good thing, the more soccer teams and fields the better, that goes for today and tomorrow when those kids grow up and have kids of their own.

The Best of FIFA Fever: Greatest Moments in FIFA World Cup History

They even make the ATM readily available so that, once you lose all the money you went there with, you can dig into your personal accounts until you find yourself drunk, broke and in big trouble with your significant other. That's the glory of the casino. However, there is a way to stay in the good graces of your loved ones while still enjoying the casino and that's with the mobile casino.

Download Your Favorite Games Right To Your Mobile Device

You may be wondering what exactly is a mobile casino. A mobile casino is what you get when you download casino games straight to your mobile device. These mobile casino games usually don't cost very much, usually around five dollars, but they're there when you need to get away to the casino, without digging into your bank account.

With the mobile casino, you play as much as you want and the money you lose is play money, it's electronic, it's not your house down payment or your kids' college money. You can play whenever and wherever you want and you'll never lose a dime.

It may not be exactly like a real casino. After all, you don't have the same atmosphere, there's no free alcohol and you don't feel the pressure you feel when the dealer's staring you down, waiting on your next play. However, these things can be there, you just have to imagine them.

If you think about it, the mobile casino is better than the actual casino. Sure, you won't win big with a mobile casino, but the odds of you doing so at a real casino are slim to none. Besides that, you're not tempted by the lights and the noise and the booze and you're not losing your shirt. You can play all you want to pass the time or to get your casino fix and you'll actually feel good afterward instead of this huge feeling of regret.

So, download your mobile casino today and lay your hand down. Bet big if you want to, you'll never have to explain to your kids how they'll have to work three jobs to pay for college because you just knew that your full house was the winning hand and you laid it all down. You won't have to mention that you cried when the guy next to you laid down a royal flush. With your mobile casino, you can just shrug it off and start again.

While we were busy this past summer, a startling development in rc aircraft radio has quietly crept into view!

This rc radio control transmitter came on the scene under the name of the Spectrum DX-6 and is offered by Horizon Hobbies. Somewhat resembling a conventional rc radio in switches and levers, it is anything but an ordinary rc aircraft radio transmitter in function! The most unusual aspect is that it operates on the extremely high frequency range of 2.4 Gigahertz as compared with the more common 72 Megahertz radios which we all have been using for many years.

"So what", you might say. Well, gigahertz frequencies are well above the megahertz band where ordinary tv, radio, cell phones and garage door openers and most communication devices are found. Furthermore, the Spectrum radio employs a technique of locking on a discrete frequency between itself and it's receiver (located in the airplane) and once locked in, there is literally a greater than million-to-one chance of another spectrum radio control transmitter locking onto exactly the same frequency.

With our 72 megahertz radios, operating on about 40 discrete channels, there is a very good chance that someone else at the field could interfere with control of your rc aircraft if his or her radio is also turned on. The disastrous consequences of loss of control will at very least cause the plane to crash, thus posing a very real danger to people and property in the flight path.

Another nice benefit is that the receiver for the Spectrum is very light and small and has two very short wire antennas which can easily be concealed within the plane's fuselage for enhanced scale effect. Since the radios are highly unlikely to interfere with each other, it appears that soon there will be little need for the careful frequency controls we have been using up to now.

One new requirement has appeared with these new radios and that is the need for an additional, duplicate receiver in some models with massive engines or structure which might serve to interfere with the reception of radio signals under certain conditions of distance and positioning.

It appears that we are about to enjoy a massive leap forward in radio technology with the advent of the usage of the gigahertz radio band.

One of the main reasons why some guys seem to pull so many women where others fail is all to do with status. Women are inherently attracted to status as is it so important to them that there potential mate is important in society. Status can come in many shapes and forms, whether it be in money or friends of intelligence but in order to get success you first Must have status.

One of the ways to get around not being the most attractive men around is to be confident with yourself. Women can smell a confident man for miles and it is a real turn on for a women if they know there man is assured. Don't be disheartened if you don't think this is readily achievable, many men find being confident in front of a beautiful women impossible. Even the most attractive men around are not that confident underneath.

As important as it is to be confident if you look like you are not going to take control if the situation then that is automatic grounds for dismissal in the dating books of women. Unless that is if you find the dominant type of women to your liking. I guess there is that fantasy in all us.

You may be thinking this is all well and good but its all to vague where are all the examples that are realistically going to help me?

Fair enough I say because that's all your really looking for. So what you know now is that in order to be successful in the dating game it is essential that you are perceived to be confident and have status?

Absolutely right, and the best way to come across as being confident is to get rid of all those fears that we all have that are holding us back.

You know the fear of rejection? And the fear that you may not actually be very good at dating anyway. We all have them but they do not actually help us in anyway. How frustrating to have all these fears and not no hoe to get rid of them. If only you could get rid of these fears to find the dating success that your essentially looking for. No this isn't a gimmicky sales letter I hate those things. I'm genuinely interested in why we all have these fears yet only a very select few manage to overcome them and with regards to the dating game win the heart of the one we love and live happily ever after? I guess the story finishes like that.

So back to examples of confidence it is really quite simple, it could be something as easy as when you enter a bar on a date go straight to the barmen and ask for two drinks. This means that you already have control of the situation, the women feels that you know how to take care of her. There are so many other examples of how to show a women that you are the man to be with. Again it comes down to not coming across as if you are in anyway scared of the situation or consequence. Remember you have to fail a few times in order to really succeed so the consequence of the date should not really matter to you.

In essence the dating game and finding the right women for you, or just having fun with the opposite sex is really down to how you approach the situation. Eliminate those fears of rejection and find a way you can come across as having status and you will defiantly increase your chances of pulling that women in the bar.

Agent X, my secret industry insider has informed me that "Call of Duty 5" is not going to be produced by Treyarch. Treyarch is producing "Call of Duty, World at War" and its the eighth game in the publisher's (Activision) popular Call of Duty franchise. Treyarch's new COD game will drop players behind enemy lines in a battle for the Pacific during World War II.

So why the message from Agent X? What is the big deal? What is going on? Since this information is highly classified, I had to find a way to decipher the secret in the message that Agent X had sent to me. What is Agent X trying to tell me? Officially Treyarch's "Call of Duty World at War" has not been dubbed Call of Duty 5, eigth game in the series.

Due to Agents X's comments, I dug a little further and came across this interesting article by Front file. com . Front File writes; "Awhile back, publisher Activision decided they wanted to have a new Call of Duty game out every year, which did not leave enough time for Infinity Ward to create the games they wanted to. So a compromise was made after CoD2: Infinity Ward would get two years to make another title, and the franchise would be handled by developer Treyarch in the interim. This explains why CoD3 may have seemed quite a bit different from CoD2. It hasn't been confirmed, but it seems that this deal may carry over into the next game as well. During that time though, Infinity Ward will also be doling out new downloadable content (maps, weapons, perks, etc. ) for CoD4. " (news. filefront. com/infinity-ward-not-making-call-of-duty-5)

Wow, this is really starting to make sense. The real question here is, "Are there two Call of Duty games in development"? Will Infinity Ward develop it's sequel to "Call of Duty 4, Modern Warfare" and publish COD5 with a release date of December 2009 while Treyarch develops "Call of Duty, World at War", the eight game in the franchise and with a release date of December 2008?

I've deciphered Agent X's message. Call of Duty World at War is the 8th came in the Call of Duty series but it is not Call of Duty 5. Look at the following Call of Duty Release chart:

1. Call of Duty (publisher Gray Matter Interactive)

2. Call of Duty; Finest Hour (publisher Spark Unlimited)

3. Call of Duty 2 (publisher Infinity Ward)

4. Call of Duty Big Red One (publisher Treyarch)

5. Call of Duty 3 (publisher Treyarch)

6. Call of Duty; Roads to Victory (publisher Amaze Entertainment)

7. Call of Duty 4; Modern Warfare (publisher Infinity Ward)

8. Call of Duty World at War (publisher Treyarch)

Call of Duty's numbering is as confusing as the Star Wars series. In conclusion, Call of Duty 5 will not be produced Treyarch. Infinity Ward will most likely be developing COD5 with a release date of December 2009!

You heard it here first!
